West Virginians file suit against the government corporation!

THREE WEST VIRGINIA GENTLEMEN SUED THE STATE FOR FRAUDULENTLY CALLING ITSELF A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT!

In one of the most important legal (lawful) actions that has ever taken place in America, Thomas Deegan, Phil Hudok and Gene Stalnaker filed a complaint against the STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA for fraud. They did an excellent job of nailing down all of the facts as well as naming the guilty parties in their state. All 50 states have been set up with the same for-profit corporate structure.

On 9/4/15, the Rule of Law and Constitutional Government Case 15-0491 was amended at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. A number of new defendants were added to the case including among others, all five justices of the Supreme Court aka, WVA STATE OF SUPREME COURT, the WEST VIRGINIA STATE BAR LAWYER aka, WEST VIRGINIA STATE BAR, and Joseph Manchin III aka, JOSEPH MANCHIN III. These entities who purport to be of and in the case of public servants, government of, by and for the people are not. They are corporate fictions, in the Big Club that George Carlin so appropriately reviled and you and I are not members. What will the Big Club pull next to protect their racket? He taught at Yale University and the University of Texas, was general Counsel for the NYC EPA, and was an NGO delegate to the United Nations. In a recent interview Webre explained that the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity are using the military industrial complex of the UNITED STATES corporation and their bankster’s control of the world’s reserve currency (the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE) to wreak havoc across the planet. We have a Congress that turns a blind eye to criminal actions by the president, vice president, and executive branch, including violations of US statutory law against torture, violations of US statutory law against spying on Americans without warrants, and violations of every legal protection in the Bill of Rights, from the right of privacy to habeas corpus.

In Westchester County, New York, New Castle Councilman Michael Wolfensohn called the police on 13-year olds Andrew DeMarchis and Kevin Graff for selling cupcakes, cookies, brownies and Rice Krispie treats in a Chappaqua park. The kids were guilty of being vendors on town property without a license.

The kids were making about $100 a day and had capitalist dreams of starting a business. But regulation stopped them cold. A license costs between $150 and $350 for a scant two hours, and a $1 million insurance certificate is also required. So banksters, who were able to purchase with campaign contributions, and who knows how much in under-the-table-payoffs, the repeal of the depression-era banking regulations and then some, are scot free after having robbed taxpayers of bailout funds and their pension retirements. But the cupcake business of two 13-year olds is closed down.

For the most part Mr. Paul Craig Roberts deserves the respect he is given by many. His strong sense of moral indignation regarding the tragedies that are ongoing and appear to be more and more blatant each day seem to indicate his heart is in the right place.

FULFORD REPORTS THE LATEST ON THE WAR BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND THE INTERNATIONAL GANGSTER/BANKSTERS

Benjamin Fulford, former Japanese correspondent for Forbes Magazine, is interviewed on the Jeff Rense radio program and talks about the state of the world economy from ‘where he sits’. Ben is in one of the ‘loops’, regarding efforts being made by some of the world’s most powerful people to restore global sanity. There are many now attempting to stop the corrupt international financial gangsters (including the Federal Reserve banksters) and their relentless destructive schemes.

Ben explains (as have both Farm Claimant Darryl Freck & RAP Elder Tim Turner) that USA INC is now bankrupt – as is the Federal Reserve. While those in power representing them continue to seek funding, it appears that they are having no success. He also points out that for USA INC to go bankrupt, is only bad for the gangsters who now ‘run the show’; it is not necessarily a bad thing for the American population.  However, according to Ben, there are still those in high positions of the U.S. Military that are quite naive and remain loyal to the crooksters currently ‘in charge of’ our government.
