US CITIZENS WERE CLASSIFIED AS ENEMIES OF THE STATE IN 1933!

United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993 Vol. 33, page H-1303 (Rep James Traficant): The Bankruptcy of the United States

“In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.”

What is a 14th Amendment U.S. citizen?

The 14th Amendment was put in place during an extremely turbulent time just after the Civil War. It was supposedly passed to free the slaves. However, it made all Americans (“persons”) – who were at the time New Yorkers, Virginians, Pennsylvanians, etc – under the jurisdiction of a central Federal government for the first time.

Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Section 4. “The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”

We cannot however forget the 14th Amendment was not lawfully passed. This fact was exposed in the Congressional Record. See Congressional Record of June 13, 1967.

Our so-called government is waging a war against the American people and has been doing so for a very long time. In fact we were born into this conflict. While we are told that we are a free people, we are most definitely not free.

In 1933 Congress was bamboozled into officially making the American population “enemies of the state” so the private FEDERAL RESERVE could confiscate the people’s gold and leave them with no method of exchange other than their privately owned FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE.  [See the Bankruptcy of 1933] To facilitate this action, Congress declared a national emergency and gave the office of the President unconstitutional authority during a national emergency or war. This ‘state of national emergency’ has been maintained by the White House ever since. [See Senate Report 93-549]

We are at war!
The American people have officially been “enemies of the state” since 1933. As “enemies”, according to the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, we are required to get a license to ‘do business’. The issuance, limitations and restrictions of these licenses is how we are unconstitutionally monitored, controlled, fined and taxed.

We are also being ‘managed’ by a vast network of  unconstitutional ‘federal’ agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control, the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Environmental Protection Agency.  These are all for-profit corporations listed on Dun and Bradstreet and NONE of them represent the best interests of the American people.

Let’s use mandatory vaccinations as an example of this ongoing war.

As long as the “President” declares a war or a national emergency, he and his army of unconstitutional agencies can maintain the appearance of power and control over the entire population. During wartime (or a national emergency) “We the People” are considered to be enemies of the state. As ‘enemies’ the President can determine what we can and cannot do. This is not conjecture nor conspiracy theory, it is a well researched and documented fact – per a United States Senate report of 1973.

From the Special Report on the National Emergency in the United States of America:

Once the emergency is declared, the common law is abolished, the Constitution is abolished and we fall under the absolute will of Government “public policy”. We’re under a system of public policy, (War Powers).

All the government needs to continue is to have public opinion on their side. If public opinion can be kept, in sufficient degree, on the side of the government, statutes, laws and regulations can continue to be passed. The Constitution has no meaning. The Constitution is suspended. It has been for over 60 [80] years. We’re not under law. Law has been abolished.

So when you go into that courtroom with your Constitution and the common law in your hand, what does that judge tell you? He tells you that you have no persona standi in judicio. You have no personal standing at law. He tells you not to bother bringing the Constitution into his court, because it is not a Constitutional court, but an executive tribunal operating under a totally different jurisdiction.

In 1892 the international banksters first announced their plans to wage war against the U.S. population in their Banker’s Manifesto of 1892.

. . . in 1913, The Federal Reserve Act was passed, authorizing the creation of a [private] central bank, the thought of which had already been noted in the Constitution. The basic idea of the central bank was, among other things, for it to act as a secure repository for the gold of the people. We, the People, would bring our gold to the huge, strong vaults of the Federal Reserve, and we would be issued a note which said, in effect, that, at any time we desired, we could bring that note back to the bank and be given back our gold which we had deposited.

Until 1933, that agreement, that contract between the Federal Reserve and its depositors, was honored. Federal Reserve notes, prior to 1933, were indeed redeemable in gold. After 1933, the situation changed drastically. In 1933, during the depths of the Depression, at the time when We, the People, were struggling to stay alive and keep our families fed, the bankers began to say, “People are coming in now, wanting their gold, wanting us to honor this contract we have made with them to give them their gold on demand, and this contractual obligation is creating a national emergency.”
