US CITIZENS WERE CLASSIFIED AS ENEMIES OF THE STATE IN 1933!

“In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.”

What is a 14th Amendment U.S. citizen?

The 14th Amendment was put in place during an extremely turbulent time just after the Civil War. It was supposedly passed to free the slaves. However, it made all Americans (“persons”) – who were at the time New Yorkers, Virginians, Pennsylvanians, etc – under the jurisdiction of a central Federal government for the first time.

Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Section 4. “The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”

We cannot however forget the 14th Amendment was not lawfully passed. This fact was exposed in the Congressional Record. See Congressional Record of June 13, 1967.

Our so-called government is waging a war against the American people and has been doing so for a very long time. In fact we were born into this conflict. While we are told that we are a free people, we are most definitely not free.

In 1933 Congress was bamboozled into officially making the American population “enemies of the state” so the private FEDERAL RESERVE could confiscate the people’s gold and leave them with no method of exchange other than their privately owned FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE.  [See the Bankruptcy of 1933] To facilitate this action, Congress declared a national emergency and gave the office of the President unconstitutional authority during a national emergency or war. This ‘state of national emergency’ has been maintained by the White House ever since. [See Senate Report 93-549]

We are at war!
The American people have officially been “enemies of the state” since 1933. As “enemies”, according to the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, we are required to get a license to ‘do business’. The issuance, limitations and restrictions of these licenses is how we are unconstitutionally monitored, controlled, fined and taxed.

We are also being ‘managed’ by a vast network of  unconstitutional ‘federal’ agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control, the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Environmental Protection Agency.  These are all for-profit corporations listed on Dun and Bradstreet and NONE of them represent the best interests of the American people.

Let’s use mandatory vaccinations as an example of this ongoing war.

Obama maintains dictatorial power!

Founder of Oathkeepers, Stewart Rhodes, explains that the power grab of George Bush, Jr has been ‘legalized’ by Congress for Obama.

Unfortunately, Mr Rhodes hasn’t researched the history surrounding the 1933 US bankruptcy and the ‘authority’ delegated to the office of the President during war and/or national emergencies. The Senate investigated this ‘Presidential’ power grab (which authorized FDR to confiscate the people’s gold by making the people ‘enemies of the state‘) and wrote an official report on this very issue back in 1973.

Emergency Powers Statutes (Senate Report 93-549): In this 1973 official report, the U.S. Senate admits that the Emergency Powers given to the President (Franklin D. Roosevelt) under the pretense of the National Emergency of 1933 have remained in force and that the normal function of the Federal government has been suspended. A long history of deception and fraud has been ongoing since the founding of our country. Even the 14th Amendment (that precipitated The Corporation’s lawsuits to gain corporate personhood and the federal government’s plan to eliminate sovereign states), was not lawfully ratified. Perhaps the best the people and the military can hope for is the recovery of the Nation States (state sovereignty) and a new start.
