For those who haven’t seen it, I recommend the original movie version of Charles Dicken’s “A Christmas Carol”. Dickens was very intelligent and extremely aware of London’s money men and their corrupt greedy forms of doing business. This story was an expose of their practices and the devastating impact they had on the general population. Unfortunately not much has changed as the money men continue to prey on all of society. Also, many (like myself) believe Alistair Sim’s performance of Ebenezer Scrooge is by far the best one.
