Corruption is a world-wide problem. With the advancement of globalization and corporatization, it has become more [not less] an issue that now undermines communities everywhere and their ability to preserve their inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Much of corruption stems from the unholy alliance between business corporations (Business, Inc) and government corporations (Government, Inc). Historically governments had more power than corporations and could set limits to their exploitation of communities and “We the People”. However, with the onset of global trade agreements, that has changed.

Bribery:

What can we do to stop this growing corruption that seems to be everywhere? There are many great ideas on this topic from many wise people. Here are a few . . .
Don’t engage in corruption yourself. Always (no matter what the cost) do the right thing. In the end the only thing you are really responsible for is your good name.
Learn to identify corruption. Learn what “bribery”, “conflict of interest”, and “fraud” means and how to spot them. Don’t assume all public officials and businesses are honest, but remain skeptical.
When you discover it, expose corruption. Let others know about it. Without transparency, corruption can [and does] continue to grow as a parasite on society.
Always oppose corruption. It never serves to preserve life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for the larger population, but gives a select dishonest few monetary rewards – at the expense of everyone else.
Don’t be timid about raising questions in public forums regarding
1) conflict of interest
2) lack of transparency
3) misrepresentation of the facts aka fraud
Too often corruption is allowed to thrive because the corrupt ones a) intimidate the general public and/or b) deceive the general public via “perception management”. “Spin” or “framing” is used extensively by both Business, Inc. and Government, Inc. This gives them the cover they need to continue their nefarious agendas without fear of accountability or PROSECUTION! To date, many of the corrupt ones have managed to convince us that it is “impolite” to question unethical policies or programs in public. THIS HAS TO STOP!
The AntiCorruption Society is dedicated to exposing and opposing corruption on all levels: international, national, regional, state, county, city and township. To help identify corruption, we will post examples. Others are encouraged to use these examples to help them locate and combat corruption in their own communities.
If we want to live in a safe honest world where ethics and morality dominate social values, we are going to have to become vigilant and diligent.
We also need to support a legal system that honors and respects all! We are all equal in an honest legal system.

Over the past several years I have been conducting an informal survey. This survey consists of only one question and I’ve posed it to many friends, relatives, and acquaintances. I’ve received only one response to my solitary question – an enthusiastic “YES”!
My question . . . “Do you feel like we are drowning in corruption?”
This is a very sad commentary about the world in which we live. As I too feel like we are drowning in corruption, it seemed appropriate to attempt to do something to address this horrific problem that is now impacting all of us.
However, what can “common folks” do to combat the corruption that seems completely out of control? Perhaps we need to take Michael Jackson’s advice and look at the Man (or Woman) in the Mirror. Each one of us individually can start by stopping our silent acquiescence and begin ACTIVELY “exposing” and “opposing” corruption whenever we come upon it.
This blog is dedicated to that goal.
My Politics
Like everyone else I am conservative about some things and liberal about others. I have no loyalty to either team; the Democrats or the Republicans. Both parties have been hijacked by special interests and currently our politicians are more concerned with getting re-elected than serving the population in any substantiative way. Our country has been corporatized and the population needs to wake up to this reality, recognize the harm this model is causing and help unicorporate our government on all levels.
My background includes: retired Registered Respiratory Therapist, former instructor in Cardiac Life Support (Basic & Advanced), former Realtor, former Court Appointed Special Advocate for Abused and Neglected Children, environmentalist, data entry, more-than-average-experience regarding legal issues, researcher, wife (of a retired physician), mother and grandmother – and a bit of a techie.

I just purchased a copy of Lawfully Yours. I understand that a Notice must be fact, I understand that it must be entered into the public record to exist.
I am not familiar with admiralty law. I understand that if I tender a document and fail to do so correctly, the document would fail in its intended purpose. Would you offer an illustration of what a properly constructed Notice looks like and the order of the UCC codes required including the language seeking remedy.
I know this is a tall request but I intent to draft a Notice and don’t want it to fail. Where and how does one go about entering a notice into the public record. The court? Which court? The paper? Can they refuse to publish?
I don’t understand how and in what order the UCC codes must follow.
I’d like to understand how to construct a notice of dishonor utilizing UCC 3-503/ UCC 3-504/UCC 3-505 / UCC- 1-308 without prejudice but this is not clear to me as to the construction of a proper notice.
I am not seeking legal advise. I am reaching out seeking a better understanding of how to navigate in their admiralty law. If an illustration is not possible. Then I would greatly appreciate a referral to literature that may lend to a better understanding of how to properly draft a notice and how to enter it into the public record.

I am aware of the corruption that is happening everywhere and I see it on a daily basis. I would like to know what can I do to combat this fraud on the people of America.
In Commonwealth Countries Corporations have been around for some 400 years. Government in these Countries is created for individuals and is all about jurisdictions. The English law (very clever) has gone out across the world and is implanted in the United Nations.
Government, in these countries, IS a Corporation and ALL comes under the Law of Equity.
So be careful how you use language as all dictionaries reflect the Law of Equity….regardless of what kind of corporation one is. Remember that the individual Corporation cannot talk to the CORPORATION as its a different type of entity where those individuals who hide behind a name can wriggle out under the Law of Equity.

Whether one is right, half right, or wrong is not the point in sites like this. You have to provide the evidence and a site like this cannot facilitate this because you would have to write a book. There are as many stories for: for and against any argument.
Did you know that Jesus and Christ are not the same thing? Did you know that jesus the man became Jesus Christ ( mystical body)and thus Christ. Evidence: British Imperial Dictionary. Is it true just because its in a so-called authoritative book-who is the author?
Check out the word: historiography, study well, cross refer, and then one can get to some semblance of the truth ‘in this world’. Is the world a physical place or just a control tool.

As I research all this stuff about government etc. I become more suspicious of what is or is not true. I recently found a paper written by ( I think) a Law Professor in the USA-Emily Kadens. This is about the so-called Law merchant or Lex Mercatoria. Her paper is heavily referenced and basically states that the Law Merchant stuff was made-up by some lawyers in the 16th Century. That this also included Feudalism. While parts of feudalism supposedly going back to 13 Century may have been true, as with law Merchant-it certainly is not a clear cut picture. I wanted to share this and would be interested in comments.

To stop corruption, we must have a government set up that stopping corruption is a main interest within the laws of the land.
1. A lottery selection for all political jobs. No parties. Parties are just organized crime. It may start out ok, but with time, organized crime. Campaign money is just favor money. We all need to be on the same side, and parties divide us. A lottery selection, where any and all person that meet the criteria for the job, the people needed to be vetted. Any that meet the criteria, can put their name in the hat, come selection day, a name will be pulled out for that job. Defined terms. This will allow a true representation of the population. And it will insure no career politicians.
2. Government staffers, 5 year maximum job. No more and accumulative for all governments, city, county, state, fed 5 year accumulative maximum. When people get into government, and they become career govt workers, they start the believe that they are important, look at lois lerner, and so many more. They become evil. THus, 5 years maximum.
3. Companies can be owned by an individual, one individual, and one individual can only own one company. A company can only have 100 employees, the idea is to serve GOD and society, not to become greedy, rich and powerful. With many, many small companies, standard interfacing will be the norm. No more box of chargers that only fit one machine, and are wasted when the machine breaks due to planned obsolescence. Small companies will not be thinking of a machine that will break in a few years, they will think differently. With 100 employees or less the owner will be able to know all empolyees, and this is important.
Also new and innovative ideas will be able to rise to the surface. Free energy, low cost efficient cars, and much more. Because the monopolies will not be in control, as these big corporations just stop innovation for their own greed and selfishness.
Yes, this will be most difficult, because of all of the huge corporations in control right now. And the career politicians. However, with people pushing and spreading the idea, it can occur. A severe crisis can bring down a society, and the new society has new rules and policies.
It will be difficult.
As long as a private cartel prints and distributes “money”, we will have corruption. They control the US economy and monetary system and use this control to advance their own personal agendas.

I am looking for a more practical solution. I am a scientist who have seen how corruption by professors who use science and NIH funds has a platform to create their own companies and hire only friends and families to cover up all underground operations. Grants are obtained based on data framed to fit the hypothesis to attract funds. Logistics seem more important than truth and I have seen few scientists who bring results against the preformed hypothesis are always insulted and eventually fired justifying funding as the reason for lay off.
Those who lost jobs still need reference from the professor and silently witness and are scared to report. What can be done in these situations?
I am not looking for rewards, but hard to see that tax payers money is benefiting these intelligently planned looting of money from NIH

Glad to have found your site. In every area I research, I find corruption at the root of the problem. It involves failure of ethics and morality. Humanism and Atheism do not support these concepts in any useful way. Outside of a God-based standard, calling anything corrupt is meaningless. Our standard at our founding was Judeo-Christian. A large number of our population, bordering on a majority, no longer subscribe to this standard. They may speak of it, but they do not practice it. Rules are for other people, my fair share is all I can get, nice guys finish last, he who has the gold makes the rules, lust/sex equals love, evey man for himself, might makes right. This is who we have become. This is what succeeds in our society, with the borderline psychopaths rising to the top. Until we return to the basis for our standard, there will be no standard. The problem is us.
Some are smart, knowledgeable, and have simply made the choice. Very many others are hugely ignorant, partially due to their own limitations, but mostly due to a concerted effort to make them unable to think for themselves. I will share your site with others.
