The infernal bar code and the national ID
There has been much talk about privacy issues and the 2010 census that is now underway. Many like journalist Deevy Kidd have written about the invasion-of-privacy-questions that have been added for the first time this year. In fact most of the discussion has been regarding the lack of authority the ‘government’ has to ask more than the number of people living at any given residence. Of course privacy issues are indeed something to be concerned about, but who is really implementing the 2010 census and how they plan on using the information they are collecting should be our biggest concerns.
Some folks have reported they received their census questionnaires in the mail and other have said it was dropped off at the house or left on their door. Some received an insert and others did not. However all census requests have one thing in common: the infernal BAR CODE.
As you can see, this code is extremely important to the corporation called the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE who is conducting the 2010 census. We can’t forget that this ‘agency’ like all other government agencies is actually a company that has been contracted by CORP USA. In fact instructions to appropriately ‘display’ your bar code is repeated on the back of the envelope. Therefore the bar code is an extremely important component of Census 2010.
The insert accompanying the census states:
“Your answers are important. Census results are used to decide the number of representatives each state has in the U.S. Congress. The amount of government money your neighborhood receives also depends on these answers. That money is used for services for children and the elderly, roads, and many other local needs.” (Pg 1 of insert)
Please note that the U.S. Constitution authorized a census for the purpose of ONLY! The U.S. Constitution never authorized USA CORP to provide services for our children, our elderly or other ‘local’ needs. Considering the national deficit and the horrific state of the U.S. economy, it is unlikely they have ‘spare change’ to do anything benevolent whatsoever.
“One stark and sobering way to frame the crisis is this: if the United States government were to nationalize (in other words, steal) every penny of private wealth accumulated by America’s citizens since the nation’s founding 235 years ago, the government would remain totally bankrupt.”
Citing roads, as a justification for acquiring additional information from the population, explains why the U.S. DEPT OF COMMERCE is the company collecting the data. One problem however; road repair and/or expansion is determined by monitoring traffic, which is done frequently. Road funding is not determined by the number of people living at any particular address. Even bus routes are determined by the number of folks who actually ride the bus.
The census (and the all important bar code) allows for an ‘inventory’ to be taken of us (our addresses, names, ages and races) and entered into a electronic data base under the jurisdiction of international commercial (Admiralty) law. [Admiralty law versus constitutional law is brilliantly explained in the critically important book: They Own it All, Including You!] The 2010 census (and bar code) represents a back door entry for the implementation of a National ID. This year’s census allows USA CORP to take a demographic ‘reading’ of the entire population (including illegal aliens) as well. ‘Coincidentally’ it is being done at the same time national health care legislation is being passed.
Meanwhile under the radar of almost everyone, is the implementation of the Red Flag Rules. These rules have been justified are being enacted to ‘prevent identify theft’ and apply to these industries: healthcare, banks, telecommunications, utilities, car dealerships, and mortgage brokers. These rules have been instituted by the Federal Trade Commission (commerce aka Admiralty law again) and are expected to be in force by June 1, 2010. When you combine:
- Electronic medical records [I just saw a physician this month. There was no paper chart in the room, and he typed his progress notes directly into his ‘networked’ computer, which was in the exam room.]
- Home address, race and age verification (census)
- Social Security number
- Credit card/banking account/mortgage
- Telecommunication information
- Automobile purchases
- Utility services
you have all the information necessary to complete a data base for a national ID. Then when you justify all this data mining and electronic info storage as a ‘preventative measure’ for identity theft, the groundwork is laid for implantable microchip IDs. In actuality Microsoft’s HealthVault has already linked up with VeriMed’s RFID chips. But, the fact that anyone believes electronic data bases can be secured is truly a tribute to a) very successful propaganda and b) a serious deficiency in the public’s understanding of ‘hacking’.
A very real concern for us all is how to keep ourselves from being assaulted and controlled by USA CORP’s implanted microchip identifiers.
What to do? What choices do we have?
- Stop complying with government/industry unaccountable data mining (including surveys, questionnaires and polls).
- Ignore the census ‘request’ (by the fraudulent unconstitutional government in Washington, District of Crooks) and seek information regarding fighting a potential fine (which has never been done yet)
- Or fill in the one blank requesting number of RESIDENTS, mark N/A (not applicable) where it asks for your name and ‘demographics’ (right column on page 1), and use a black marker to make the bar code unreadable before you send it back (in fact making all bar codes – including IRS forms – unreadable is advisable)
If you foolishly ‘comply’ and provide all the information (and bar code) the fraudulent government and the US DEPT OF COMMERCE is requesting, you are only aiding in the implementation of a National ID and its accompanying ‘identity theft prevention’ microchip program.
The 2010 Census form is a request from a corrupt fraudulent ‘government’ located in the city of Washington, District of Crooks. Why should we trust that their motives and actions reflect a benevolent body politic representing our best interests?
- These are the same group of crooks that bailed out the corrupt banking industry with ‘taxpayer’ money
- These are the same group of crooks that have kept our country in wars around the globe for many years
- These are the same group of crooks who allow a ‘private’ banking cartel, the Federal Reserve, to steal from the American public via the toxic worthless (fiat) currency aka the Federal Reserve Note
- These are the same group of crooks that signed NAFTA and then stood idly by as U.S. jobs were exported and foreign workers were imported
- These are the same group of crooks that have granted permission to the Dept of Defense to experiment on the general population ‘legally’ without their consent or even their knowledge.
By the way, hackers have already figured out how to clone micro-chips for people.
